• We have pioneered Fastrak 101™ a training program that allows the client to choose when and where they complete the course, no rigid timetable, pure flexibility.
• We deliver training at 5 venues across Melbourne and provide training at client's premises for large and small groups.
• Emergency First Aid has developed a First Aid Support Line. This phone support was started to enable all Emergency First Aid participants to have access to qualified critical incident stress management personnel to assist them should they be involved in a traumatic event, or just talk about the first aid help they provided to someone.
• We understand why people enrol in first aid courses and we respect the fact that people want to learn how to help, it can be a scary experience and our job is to provide high quality training that ensures our clients have the confidence to meet the challenge of that worst case scenario, it is a responsibility that we take very seriously.
