Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation HLTAID001
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is the application of chest compressions and rescue breaths to a person in cardiac arrest.
This 2 hour course is nationally accredited and suitable for all individuals who may be required to provide CPR, in a range of personal and workplace settings.
Throughout the course you will learn how and when, to use an automated external defibrillator (AED), as well as how to complete a workplace incident form. Individuals completing our CPR course will also practice on both adult and infant manikins and be taught the key differences between treating the 2 different the age groups.
Regular CPR classes have been scheduled across our various Melbourne locations and workplace delivery is available to groups of 10 or more.
The Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) recommends that CPR skills be refreshed at least annually.
