Its Emergency First Aid Pty Limited e-shop's policy to process and ship orders within 24 to 72 hours of receiving your order. Delays may occur if stock is in short supply. When paying by cheque, please allow approx 4days for the cheque to clear.

We will always contact you within 24 hours by phone or email if there are any delays with your order to inform you on the shipping date. You can also check the status of your order on your account page.
If we are experiencing delays with your order and you are unhappy and it will inconvenience you, we will refund all moneys in relation of this order by reimbursing your credit card or by cheque with in 24 hours of receiving your order.

If any products have been discontinued and we cannot fulfil your order, we will inform you by phone or email within 24 hours and refund all moneys in relation of this order by reimbursing your credit card or by cheque.
Shipping and Packaging
Most orders are mailed via Australia Post. In some cases we may use couriers for deliveries in towns along the major coastal highways of Australia. We pack your order with the utmost care to ensure safe shipping.

Transaction Currency

All products are in Australian Dollars, and include GST where required.

Shipping Charges

First Aid Kits are sent by Australia Post. Please note that delivery within Victoria is $10. Delivery outside of Victoria is $15. When placing products into the shopping cart, it will automatically work out the shipping and handling which you can check before you place the order.
 
Orders from Outside of Australia

Please note: All prices quoted on this website are in Australian dollars, and we request that all payments from overseas be made by credit card. Please contact us for the cost of shipping and handling for orders from outside of Australia.

Our online payment facility for overseas orders is not yet complete, so please contact us to calculate the exact amount owed. To give you 'best value for money' we deduct the Australian GST component, giving you a worthwhile saving off our advertised prices, and we base the airmail freight component on the packed weight of the order.

All Products supplied by Emergency First Aid’s e-shop carry a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (not including shipping & handling).

If for any reason any product supplied by Emergency First Aid’s e-shop is not satisfactory, return it within 30 days of the original purchase date to Emergency First Aid’s e-shop with a written explanation of your dissatisfaction of such product, along with proof of purchase, for either an exchange or for a full refund of the original purchase price of the article. The Guarantee does not cover wilful damage.
