Based on client's feedback, we have been working hard to implement procedures that will save you time, it means extra work for us but that is all part of our service.

If you have ever organised 15 or 20 personnel into a training course; you will know that logistically it can be a nightmare. Some people can't make the day because they are offsite at a seminar or training someone else, or on long service leave or have an important meeting or worse still, you cant afford to have too many staff away at once so you have to schedule a few here and a few there, it's hard to keep up with who is going where.  

Now all you have to do is call or email us names and email addresses of participants and the person responsible for your training area and we will arrange everything from contacting your staff to arranging venues, to having certificates available on the day of training. AND we will keep you informed all the way.

We can schedule staff into onsite groups, our normal scheduled courses even small groups or one on one training for those urgent jobs, you know the ones where "his certificate has just lapsed and he didn't tell us…now he can't work until he has a valid certificate" We will bend over backwards to assist, because we value your business.

We will also have an online group booking facility available by September 2007…to make your job even easier, it will be a 1 stop shop; all required information will be available and best of all

We understand that sending employees to training days is a costly experience, not only do you have to pay for the training, you have to pay wages and you lose production for the time they are away from work. It makes sense then to put them into 1 day rather than 2 days of training, it's an instant money saver.

Your staff will need to complete an online theory component before the practical date but this takes only 1.5 hrs and can be done anywhere that the participant has access to the internet. The practical component can be done at a time and date you require. It makes sense that you can organise your date and just let us know, we should be the ones fitting into your schedule not the other way around, so that's what we do.
